Basic ingredients
(For a standard cake tin — approximately 8 servings)
3 eggs
150 g of caster sugar
100 ml of vegetable oil (sunflower or rapeseed)
150 ml of milk (or plant-based milk 🥥)
1 tsp vanilla extract
200 g of flour (sifted)
1 sachet of baking powder (10 to 12 g)
1 pinch of salt
Preparation Steps — Instant Mix Cake
1️⃣ MIX THE LIQUID INGREDIENTS
In a blender, combine the eggs, sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla.
Blend for 30 seconds until smooth and frothy.
2️⃣ ADD THE DRY INGREDIENTS
Without stopping the mixer completely, gradually add the sifted flour, baking powder, and salt.
Continue mixing for a few seconds to thoroughly incorporate the dry ingredients.
3️⃣ BLEND WITH LOVE
Mix for another minute until you obtain a smooth, lump-free paste.
The consistency should be fluid, glossy, and slightly thick.
4️⃣ POUR AND BAKE
Grease and flour a cake tin.
Pour in the batter, then bake at 180°C (Gas Mark 6) for 35 to 45 minutes.
The cake is ready when a knife inserted into the center comes out clean and dry.
5️⃣ LET IT COOL (IF YOU CAN MANAGE IT 😋)
Wait 10 to 15 minutes before unmolding.

Sweet Tips to Enhance It
Replace the milk with coconut or almond milk for an exotic version.
