On September 27, 2021, vaccination was mandated for everyone, including pregnant women, strictly adhering to all the criteria of the HHS (the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services). The warning was: "If you don't comply, we will destroy you." I have personally presented my analyses to FDA advisory committees and advised companies for decades, so I am very familiar with the regulations. When a product clearly causes deaths—and there are thousands of peer-reviewed scientific articles on this subject—it is imperative to immediately add a warning label to that product.
I just checked the information leaflets for the currently available vaccines—the ones Senator Blumenthal still wants to promote, as does, it seems, the governor here today. The FDA continues to recommend these injections, yet, to this day, the word "death" still doesn't appear in the leaflet. Americans are therefore not being given transparent information.
Do you have any doubt that the COVID injection caused deaths? What do you think of the 37,000 or 38,607 deaths currently recorded in VAERS? What do you believe is the real number? Do you have any scientific evidence to support your opinion?

The first author of the study is Holshire and his colleagues, who are sitting here behind me. According to FDA regulations, this fact should be stated in the vaccine's information leaflet immediately.
In 2021, Dr. Carol Taccetta, in collaboration with the Daily Cloud, wrote to Peter Marks in the summer of 2023 asking, "Where is the warning in the black box?" No response from Marks.
Dr. Vaughn, a word on informed consent?
— Yes. Regarding informed consent, the situation was quite different for pregnant women. The HHS seems to have taken control of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). My research team, with Maggie Thorp (JD), proved this through a multi-million dollar FOIA application. By December 2020, the ACOG was "captured." At that point, everyone at the ACOG and other organizations was saying they wouldn't recommend this vaccine for pregnant women, at least not during pregnancy (40 weeks).
But on September 27, 2021, the directive was unequivocal: “You must promote the vaccine, including to pregnant women, and follow all HHS criteria. Otherwise, we will destroy your career, revoke your license, and you will be struck off the register.” This message was sent to 60,000 obstetrician-gynecologists.
This intervention should probably have been given a broader title: it is a genuine corruption of science, federal health agencies, and professional organizations that govern obstetric practice, not only in the United States, but throughout the world.
By the way, do you know to what extent medical journals are funded by entities with sometimes conflicting interests, such as pharmaceutical companies, or even Chinese interests? Are you aware of this?
— Yes, you're referring to the article written by the editors of the New England Journal of Medicine. I'm familiar with the study by Wen and colleagues, published on October 10, 2024, which shows that $1.06 billion was paid to reviewers of some of the most influential medical journals (NEJM, Lancet, BMJ) by the pharmaceutical industry. That's a proven fact.
Dr. Walscott, as a victim of an adverse vaccine reaction, do you feel you received genuine informed consent?
— Absolutely not. For me, informed consent, which I deeply believe in as a physician, requires authentic and transparent data. We can repeat all day long that "it's safe, effective, millions of lives saved," but in reality, that's not true.
